Nurses Fired For Taking Pictures?
"There were two nurses that independently took a picture each of an X-ray of a patient," Walworth County Undersheriff Kurt Picknell said.
The patient was admitted to the emergency room with an object lodged in his rectum.
Did they take images of the patient and was the patient identifiable in those images? If we are just talking about images of an X-ray and those images are anonymous, I don't see the problem. If the patient was identifiable and/or identified in the postings of said images, there is more likely a problem here. Taking a picture of an X-ray is kinda common.
