Katie Price - More Breast Surgery

IDLYITW posted on Katie Price who has by report had more breast surgery. They also posit that she has had some lip filler. They assume that she wants to look natural. I doubt that she does. She wants media attention and gets it.

We have discussed here how to make your breast implant surgery less of a "revolving door project." The women that like implants on the larger side simply get more surgery. This is just the nature of larger breast implants.

NY Mag Facial Plastic Surgery Piece

Thanks to Elisita for this link to an interesting article in NY Magazine.

The article seems pretty much a publicity piece for a Dr Rosenberg who I do not know. Plastic surgeons are funny sometimes as we all want you to know how we "do it differently" from others guys. Sometimes we do then again I do not know Dr X here.

The article discusses the movement towards less invasive plastic surgery. As we have said here before many times, more surgery is not always better. Too much can look freakish. Then again changes that are too subtle make patients feel like not much was done. It is a delicate mater indeed.

Tori Spelling - Larger Implants Descend

We have multiple posts on Tori Spelling's breast implants or a new image of her cleavage. These posts aren't so complimentary.

I wouldn't really be beating her up. Take into account that Tori went for larger implants and has had children with weight gain and loss. Larger implants are very likely to descend over time and more surgery is in the cards for her. She also has a mild case of Pectus excavatum meaning her breast bone (Sternum) dips in a bit. She would not have been a typical breast implant case even if she had not gone large.

In the wake of the Donda West tragedy the California State Senate has done what they do...enacted another law.

The law merely makes it the law to perform a history and physical on a patient before elective surgery. This is already the standard of care. I have been doing it this way for over a decade. Good doctors already do this. The bad ones will probably not change or they will offload the responsibility to someone else.

I am not a fan of "Feel Good" legislation, but legislators probably felt impelled to appear as if they are doing something even if it really does nothing. This is politics.

Sienna Miller's movie, Hippie Hippie Shake, features a full frontal nudity scene. The problem was that her pubes were an anachronism of sorts. They looked too contemporary.

The word is that the studio is going to use computing to literally "retro her bush." A "Photoshop Labiaplasty" or sorts. LOL.

Vince Vaughn's Eyelids

Vince Vaughn here seen in a side image from a movie cap looks like he may benefit by a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and maybe even a forehead lift. I hadn't noticed that little bulge of fat beneath his lower eyelid or the skin hanging along his upper eyelid before. How old are these pics? Does anyone know?

Egotastic comments about Uma Thurman's tummy. Their comments are a bit "over the top" but this is the blogosphere.

Changes like these are amongst the reasons ladies consider a tummy tuck. Pregnancy does not do a body good. She has by reports had two children. Her tummy skin and muscle have been stretched a bit. There is probably a little fat involved too. She is by no means a fat woman though.

Megan Fox - Unlikely on Breast Implants.

This image from a new Megan Fox project seems to place in the "unlikely" column the question of whether or no she has breast implants. She could have really small ones with high placement, but it I doubt it. She does look like she has a bit of tuberous breast going on and would need implants with a little lifting if she were to decide to go under the knife.

Yeeeah suggests that Britney Spears spends $22,000 a month on a "diet and exercise regime." At this rate, surgery would be cheaper. You can't say that very often!

Awful Plastic Surgery Post

Awful Plastic Surgery posted recently on 90's porn star J.R. Carrington and her plastic surgery experience including some images that look pretty terrible. I have written on adult entertainer plastic surgery before, but people find porn stars like other entertainers interesting so this might be worth a repeat. J.R. looks like she has had quite a bit plastic surgery. Years ago from the images I found, it looks like she had her nose and breast operated probably a few times.

As we have said here before ad infinitum, plastic surgery has limitations. Operating and re-operating often leads to an artificial appearance. Patients that have occasional plastic surgery often look less artificial than those who have quite a bit. Good judgment goes a long way toward a better overall appearance over the long term.

The images at Awful Plastic Surgery are reportedly more recent than the ones I have. She may have been better off stopping in the mid-90's. She looked pretty good then albeit with implants on the large side (a la porn star).

Keira Knightly is fighting to keep producers from computer-enhancing her bust on movie posters for her new movie. This is remarkable as the computer enhancement probably would cost more than the real thing in her case. She feel strongly about it. Breast enhancement of any sort is a personal issue indeed.
