Alicia Keys may have Tuberous Breasts

Alicia Keys is a pretty lady with a nice voice. My fiance' is crazy about her. Jesus at DrunkenStepfather (my favorite obnoxious NSFW blog) doesn't like her body I guess. She likely has tuberous breasts. Tuberous breasts are not uncommon and take a little more than implant placement to fix well. They are less "round" than other breasts like we have seen in recent posts.

Bianca Gascoigne & Probable Tuberous Breasts

Awful Plastic Surgery

Bianca Gascoigne is the subject of an AwfulPlasticSurgery.com post. This is probably a case of Tuberous Breasts years after simple implant placement. I'd wager the breast skin envelopes were pretty uneven to start and bagging her surgeon is probably not warranted. Implant results often need revision when the problem for which they were placed is complicated. Tuberous breasts are not always straight-forward.

Scars in Hollywood

TMZ did a piece featuring scars in celebrities. Here are a few with commentary (of course):

Joaquin Phoenix - This one looks is in the position of a cleft lip repair. It looks too good for that though.

Padma Lakshmi - That arm scar is really ripe for improvement.

Most of the featured scars seem to be routine traumatic scars that would likely benefit by scar revision.

Jewel Maybe Had Breast Implants?

Jewel has had busty days and more recently kinda deflated days. This could easily be due to the sequence of breast implant surgery years ago with later simple implant removal. When removing implants from long ago, it often helps to add a "take up the slack" lift to keep the sag down.

DMX Didn't Pay his Hospital Bill?

Rapper DMX has been accused of defrauding an Arizona hospital of their bill. There is some talk that he "could be charged with 'theft of services' and providing the hospital with 'false information including name and address for billing purposes.'"

This happens to plastic surgeons with Emergency patients all the time. The fact that we can be obligated to take ER call and serve emergency patients, but there is no good way to make people pay their bills gets old. Health insurance companies argue the bill sometimes for years and/or try to pay a fraction of it especially when plastic surgeons are involved. I just bill the patient.

Holly Madison's Breasts - Contracture

Jesus at DrunkenStepfather (my favorite obnoxious NSFW blog) comments on the uneven nipple position of Holly Madison. Most women have some difference in nipple position between breasts, but with implants a larger difference can represent capsular contracture or internal breast scarring. Without knowing whether or not implants are present or where she stood before implant surgery, it is impossible to know what is going on here, but there is enough here to fix. I'd wager that she has implants.
