Britney Spears, The VMAs and Plastic Surgery

A year or so ago the buzz on the blogs was whether or not Britney Spears had had a Tummy Tuck at the time of her second delivery. After a review of the VMAs, I'd say probably not.

Seeing the VMA clips, it is apparent that Ms Spears did not take her physical condition or appearance into account. Plastic surgery alone would not solve her problem. The whole account does help explain why celebrities are so frequently tempted by cosmetic surgery however. In her case an aggressive tummy tuck could offer flattening of her tummy and deflation of her flanks. It would not make her immune to the effects of too much partying and not enough gym time. These can tarnish the best of surgical outcomes. It also can affect a performance.
