Mesotherapy is a popular request these days. The idea that you can melt away fat without liposuction is attractive. Mesotherapy works by injecting a "fat dissolver" under the skin (subcutaneous injection.) The problem is that these therapies are unstudied although they have been offered in Europe for years. In the video clip linked above, Lipodissolve is featured in a Minnesota news story. They don't tell you that the material injected has a warning against it in Great Britain (by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)) and the manufacturer does not recommend injection under the skin (subcutaneous injection.) This is the technique used in these cases.
These therapies need to be studied. I do not offer them and would not recommend them.
