Kate Beckinsale apparently had her breast implants removed. Implants in small-framed patients can be difficult. They don't have a lot of tissue to mask them. Her implants appeared too large and with distortion in her images a while back.

It is not heresy to note that not all patients look better with breast implants. Too large an implant under too little of the patient's own tissue can lead to a pretty odd appearance. This is especially true with silicone gel implants that can encourage more scarring. There are cases in which the removal of breast implants leads to a more attractive appearance than beforehand:
