Do you really want plastic surgery in a third world country? This story tells about a lady that went to a beauty clinic and was detained for surgery she didn't want.
Doctor Phan Van Nghiem, a high-ranking official of the municipal Health Department, said centers of the kind are only licensed to conduct facelifts and tattoos, not abdominal surgeries and can only offer services over a period of 24 hours per patient.
So it would have been OK if it was a facelift? Scary.
